Land is sometimes passed down for generations, remaining unused or even abandoned. In fact, it can become a burden for some owners who may find themselves behind of tax payments for land they have never even visited.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to own their own little slice of heaven, so I strive to make land ownership accessible and affordable to all. In fact, I believe that land can be an amazing housing hack and possible solution for the housing affordability issues we face in our nation. I sell the majority of the land that comes across my desk well below market value.
